DAAS is part of the Derbyshire Recovery Partnership, providing support for anyone over the age of 18 who lives in Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) and is affected by substance misuse, their own or someone else’s.

Derbyshire Addictions Advice Service

Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can have a detrimental effect on your mental, physical and financial health, and also on those around you such as family and friends. We can help.

Through Derbyshire Recovery Partnership we offer a range of counselling, 1 to 1 support, recovery activities and advice for those affected and professionals making a referral. In addition we also offer support to adults affected by someone else’s drinking

STAND TO DVCS

STAND TO is a subsidiary of DAAS and dedicated specifically to helping our veterans from the armed forces when on Civvy Street. Unlike DAAS this support is not limited to those with substance use difficulties.

DRP Support for Families for Substance Abuse

Our Upcoming Training

Here at DAAS we offer deliver a range of free, high quality, CPDUK certified training events for health, social and community organisations in Derbyshire. The training helps learners to identify and support individuals in the community who may be struggling with drug or alcohol use.

We can also provide training to private businesses and those outside of Derbyshire.
