Our service is open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 with later appointments available 2 nights per week.
If you you need immediate medical attention please call 999 or 111, we are not an emergency service.
We work in collaboration with partner organisations to deliver a comprehensive service.
We can refer you to them or you can self-refer through the links below.

Drinking diary - One of the first things we may ask you to do is fill out a drinks diary. These have proved useful in helping to get an accurate picture of your drinking patterns. They can help you identify how much you drink as well as habits and triggers. We will provide these or they can be downloaded and printed by clicking on the image
